Get Inspired About Social Emotional Learning With LEGO® Education Master Educator Naomi Harm

Returning to school in the age of social distancing requires teachers to find some innovative answers to a number of new questions. From practical things, like figuring out what a classroom that maintains appropriate distance and still fosters collaboration looks like, to deeper issues like mitigating the impact of learning loss and building confidence and resilience in a student population that’s been disengaged and dysregulated. What we know is that the best approaches blend engaging STEAM learning experiences that continue to develop 21^st century skills while building confidence and a commitment to the social emotional learning (SEL) that fosters self-regulation, social awareness, and resilience. Fortunately for us, LEGO Education Master Educator, @Naomi is an expert on doing just that!
