Give Me a LEGO Shelter!
I have an after school club; this particular group was second graders. The toughest part for them seemed to be the roof that let water run off. I use Seesaw to share the challenge, read instructions to them, and allow them to record pictures, audio, and video - a great way for them to share back with their parents.  There are so many options with Seesaw (comparable to Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint).
